Consulting and assessment
- Assistance in the selection of raw materials: Based on the needs of the customer, selection of materials through tastings and the interpretation of analyses, price negotiations, and organisation of deliveries.
- Creation of blends: Dark spirits: Cognac, Armagnac, brandies and brandy concentrates. Light spirits: pure and flavoured vodkas. Liqueurs: various alcohol bases, the use of natural flavourings.
- Development of a product based on a customer brief: From the conception of a spirit through to dispatch of the finished product, and including the packaging and regulatory aspects relating to the geographical target destination.
- With multiple applications:
- Blending of high-alcohol spirits for delivery in bulk
- Blending of spirits ready for bottling and dispatching in bulk
- Bottled spirits dispatched in cases
- Assistance in marketing the wines of Champagne
